Cheese making

The Homoródalmási Craft Cheeses are made in the small farm of the Sándor family, in which three generations of the family are currently working together. Their products are in their own farm produced from cow's, sheep's, and goat's milk using handcraft methods to flavor them locally produced and collectable herbs, forest fruits, and honey collected by local beekeepers. Preservation of their products they use the Homoródalmási Sóskút water and natural beech or fruit tree smoking, ignoring any artificial flavor enhancers and preservatives.
